At Faye Co Papier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home stationery and paper goods. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from creases or moisture during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
